1. What types of artworks does Lavender Leilani Art & Apparel Co. offer?

Lavender Leilani Art & Apparel Co. offers a variety of unique and captivating artworks, including the SPECIAL EDITION Volcano and 3D Beachfront. These artworks bring depth and texture to any space.

 

2. Where do the original canvases ship from, and how long does it take?

All original artwork ships in protected wrapping and boxed very safely. This takes 2 business days from the day the order is placed. Tracking number(s) will be provided to you as soon as it is available. All original art is shipped from the Los Angeles area! Free Shipping is available but there are faster options available to you, as well!

 

3. What is "3D artwork"?

The 3D artwork (such as "3D Beachfront") are captivating pieces that brings the beauty of a canvas art to life. They feature three-dimensional media adhered to the canvas, an effect that adds depth and realism to the artwork.

 

4. Can I request custom art?

Yes, I would love to paint something for you! Please contact me using the CONTACT page, and let me know how much participation you'd like to have (some customers want to collaborate, while others just "trust the chef" with the creativity). 

 

5. Can I see the art without Watermarks?

All original art is protected with a digital watermark within the online store. This is to protect my hard work from theft! If you contact me, I will gladly share my art with you to preview, watermark-free. 

 

6. Refund Policy?

  • Order issues must be made within 7 days delivery
  • All return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery
  • Customer provides return shipping
  • Final sale items: Original Art (there are no exchanges/returns after item has been delivered)

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges on Original Art.
